2012 Republican National Convention through the eyes of Flickr

As the 2012 Republican National Convention continues underway the media has kept up with its information on all social medias like cable television, Facebook, Twitter, etc. but one in particular has given a more interesting approach with pictures, and not from the media but everyone at the convention.  Flickr has an entire section for all the pictures taken during the convention to be posted and shown for all the world to look at the convention in a different perspective.  There have been images of the entire process, from the set-up production to the way the media is televising it for all to see it and everything in between.  Celebrities have  even been caught by cameras such as Jon Voight.  The images are all very interesting to see peoples take on the Republican side of the Presidential candidacy,  the photos of the former presidents such as both George H.W. and George W. Bush in commemorating their birthdays, former president Ronald Reagan with former First Lady Nancy Reagan commemorating her birthday.  Some of the more interesting ones you can see are all the photos of the amount of work and effort it took to get this convention together.  The volunteers that took their time and effort to help out charities in support of the Republicans.  The #RNC2012 staff took a bit of time to volunteer at @MetroMinistries today. Great charity!

  1. OK, but could you say something more about this specific picture? Who is in it? Think about race, gender, age? What are they doing? What is this image implying?
